The heart of baking is the sweetest ingredients, like quality, fairly traded, single-source vanilla. All of our bakes start with fresh quality ingredients, many homemade elements like our own vanilla extract, caramels and fillings, and thoughtful cookie recipes to make your taste buds sing.

Then they are further made gourmet by their size: each cookie, for instance, is 6 ounces before baking, and drizzles/toppings can make a finished cookie in the 6-8oz range. That's up to a half a pound per cookie! Perfect for one, perfect for four. It's up to you!

The ND Cottage Foods Act (2017) allows for the sale of homemade cottage food products to an informed, end consumer for at-home consumption. In compliance with that act and as part of informing you, our consumers, we display the following signage on most of our packaging: This product is made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the state or local health department.
The ND Cottage Foods Act (2017) allows for the sale of homemade cottage food products to an informed, end consumer for at-home consumption. In compliance with that act and as part of informing you, our consumers, we display the following signage on most of our packaging: This product is made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the state or local health department.
That said, we do take health and safety very seriously. For example, all of our items that are made not to contain gluten are said to be gluten-free friendly instead of gluten free, so that celiacs or those with severe allergies know it may not be suitable for them since cross-contamination is possible on home equipment. Please feel free to ask about our other cleanliness procedures. Be an informed consumer!
